In this occasional audio post for paid members I offer some thoughts on JD Vance's recent RNC VP nomination acceptance speech, in which he rejects the notion that the United States is a propositional nation. I argue though that he throws out the proverbial baby with the bathwater. And indeed that the same confusion plagues the entirety of so-called national populism.
